MyRealBabe’s are custom made just for you. As a custom product created personally for you, once production of your custom doll has started, your order may only be canceled before shipping and by paying a restocking fee.
Free Returns are accepted only if you have A) received an incorrect item, or B) received a defective item. In which case we are happy to fully pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional cost and ship it back to you.
You have 2 calendar days after receiving the package to report any problem or damage. Please inspect your doll on arrival.
As our dolls are sex toys, for hygienic reasons they can not be returned if used!
Customer satisfaction is our main goal! If you have any problem with your order, please let us know and we will do our very best to fix the issue.
You may cancel your Order within 3 days of placing the Order, in which case, providing the item has not been shipped, we will refund 50% of the item price plus shipping costs.
Unused Goods returned within 30 days
We may accept returns of unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to request your closest return shipping address. You must arrange and pay for the items to be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. A 50% administration and re-stocking fee will apply. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.
We do not accept returns of used items!
- If your item is damaged or defective on delivery, please contact us within 2 days with details of the product and the defect.
- We will provide you with the closest return shipping address.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement.
- If so, we will send you a replacement and refund your cost of shipping.
- The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition & unused within the return window (30 Days) = 50% RESTOCK FEE.
- The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. = NO RESTOCK FEE
